A Collection of Women's Health Providers 7/28/2005

APW cared for me through my last pregnancy. The idea behind it was to place women's health care providers in close proximity to each other for a sort of holistic approach. While visiting the OB/GYN clinic you have the chance to see many of the doctors on the floor, or you can stick with the one you prefer. The nurses are sweet and helpful as well, though you'll likely find favorites. The waiting room has a children's area with a play kitchen, and even two huge saltwater fish tanks. It was always easy for me to reach a nurse by phone with my pregnancy questions because there is a 24 hour care line. When no one answered right away I would leave a message and my calls were returned promptly. -They do have the 3-D ultrasound machine. -Downstairs there is a snack bar with coffee and sandwiches too. -The provider you normally have might not be on call when you deliver, but I didn't see a problem with it since I liked most of the doctors. -They were good about telling me exactly how much I'd owe from the start! more
