I have only used this store for repairs and have been more than pleased. the prices are reasonable and the time frame to get your piece is also great. I had dropped of a necklace with a broken chain to be fixed. I forgot I left it with them and thought I lost it. About a year later I got a phone call stating that the had my necklace and discovered how long it was there when they went to get another customers piece. They are not responsible for things left more than 90 days as per the paper I signed and for them to take the time to call me over a year later says nothing but positive things about this staff.
