I had a birthday bouquet sent to my wife. I specifically asked for wildflowers with some roses, but there were no roses in the bouquet. The wildflowers themselves were not fresh, many of the edges were limp and darkened. We called to complain, and they were nice enough to send some more flowers, but again they gave us no roses, and the flowers were even worse than the originals. They looked like discards. Service can also be spotty--the staff can be indifferent.
