This group liked one-way communication. A couple of the employees were ok to deal with but others were not. Getting a hold of someone by phone was not easy. We appeared at their office twice. The first time, the door was locked during office hours while the clerk ate behind the counter. Everyone else was gone. The other time, the place seemed fully staffed, but they liked to dodge letting people speak to the powers that be. They are not upholding the covenants very well - selective enforcement. We were not overly happy with them.
