Good cleaning, can't be trusted

Did a good job cleaning our windows and screens. Broke one of the windows and didn't tell us. Then tried to blame it on someone else and refused to fix what they broke. Broke it, hid it, lied about it, blamed it on someone else.... How lame is that? Would you trust them in your home?
