I shop at Oliver’s and will continue to shop there. Good for them for standing by their Fish replacement policy especially when you took a healthy fish and its subsequent care was then entirely outside of the shops control. I know from buying fish there if you lose one within 10 days from purchase, bring in your water sample, the fish that died in it and the receipt and if your water tests ok Olivers will replace the fish Good Policy,
Bad Customer, Perhaps you’re the one who should shop somewhere else.
