Edwards is a nice big theater. Most of the time, their theater is clean and well kept. Their sound guys have it out for loud movies though. Be sure to tell them to adjust the sound if the movie is too loud, it almost always is. Their seats are comfortable, and have the armrest the moves up, so you can sit in a "loveseat." Conveniently located right off Town Center Drive.

While not quite as magical as Disneyland, California Adventure packs in a day of fun. Their park is always clean, and their employees always willing to help you. If you have a little one, make sure to take advantage of their baby station, with tons of amenities for new moms. The best ride by far is Soarin Over California, it's a totally new ride experience.

I have yet to find a day when Crown Management will answer their phone. They are in charge of getting things "done" for out home owners association. Whenever I can get someone on the phone, I find that I may as well be speaking to a brick wall. Nothing ever turns around with results. If you're looking for a management company, keep looking.

Crista gets me in and out very quickly. Their car wash is clean and efficient. My kids love to feed the fish in the koi pond (out front) when we're waiting for our car wash. If you change your oil with them you get a free car wash. We always take our cars there for oil changes because they're always happy to help us.

Postnet is a great place to mail a package. I go there when I'm too tired to deal with the post office and their lines. Postnet adds a small fee onto every USPS item they ship. Sometimes with 2 kids in tow, it's worth a little extra money. They're always very polite and willing to help you. Make sure you stay away from having them pack anything. It's very expensive.

Los Hermano's food isn't wonderful. They're beans are made with lard. They have great non- specialty drinks though. (Try the Brisa.) There are only a handful of decent sit down restaurants where you can dine (with a date) for under $20. This is one of them. The decor is awful. But a great deal overall.

I love shopping for fabrics at Beverly's. All of their fabrics are well organized. They're always clean and put together well. It's such a nice break from those other messy fabric stores. Their selection isn't huge, but the fabrics that they do have are great. They accept all competitors coupons making them a great value.
