I have used Cody's Carpet Care in the past for the cleaning of the carpets in my home. It was quick to get an appointment. The customer service on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. They called the day of the service and told me that they may be late due to a tire problem. They were very apologetic about it. They ended up not being very late at all. The technician was very friendly. I thought they did a great job on my carpet. Their prices were very reasonable. I would call them again.
