The order was placed four months before and Spokane Fence still didn't have the cedar materials as scheduled. The posts were dirty and stained and we should have been alerted when they asked to borrow a pencil to mark the saw cuts. Many of the cuts were short, not right angled; and they didn't bid for fence caps. The scheduling problems resulted in their real bad attitude.
