Although I still haven't purchased my bike yet, they're the only shop I've seen that actually asks enough questions to ensure they're recommending me the right product. I can't give this shop 5 stars yet, until after the purchase is done. I've been to many shops in the Houston area (at least 7 in the last few years), and only one was a distant second.
