I don't know why they wouldn't come out. They scheduled an apt to come to my house and I took off work to meet them. I called and texted and left messages at work and on the repairman's phone number and they never explained why they didn't come. They were reluctant initially because they thought they had been to my house before, but I assured them it was not the case. They didn't seem very comfortable with range tops. I was very disappointed as I had heard great things about them.
