I took my 2015 Chrysler 200 in two days ago for an oil change and inspection. Dropped it off in the Express Lane and asked the service rep. to call me as soon as it was ready. Two days later and two calls w/voice mail messages to the service department representative who wrote up my service request, he finally called to let me know it was finally ready. Where is the Service or Express?
