The arrangement delivered bore little resemblance to the image shown on the company's website and the flowers were neither fresh nor beautifully arranged as advertised. A phone inquiry to address the situation was met with defensive reluctance to provide any remedy. Supporting local, small business is important to me but, in this case, I would have done better at.....
