absolutely horrible experience! I cracked a molar and needed an extraction. I called them and got an emergency appointment for Wednesday right after dismissal because I am a teacher. Dr. Alexander Goldstein recommended that I extract that molar plus a wisdom tooth and cleaning and then walked away without discussing anything with me. Then a young lady comes in to explain costs and I said none of it was a problem but I would like to only extract the cracked molar today and perhaps the wisdom tooth next Friday on a teacher workday. This dentist responded by saying that I had to do it all today or come back tomorrow at 2 pm because he had two 30 minute treatments to do first. Soooo, you can do two extractions but not one?! I explained that we are test prepping for state exams and cant miss work tomorrow to the young lady. He never spoke to me.....rude. She spoke to him in the hall and his response was, "That's her scheduling problem". So, I left with a cracked molar, my husband cancelled his appointment and we cancelled our sons as well.
