We attempted to book a trip with them and had nothing but terrible service the entire time. We met with them once to discuss our plans for our trip and never heard from them again. We attempted multiple times to call and email and got zero response from the company. After several weeks of attempting to contact them, they email us saying they can't handle our booking with no explanation as to why. Very disorganized office and the only information they could provide about our trip was read straight off of a brochure they had sitting in their office. Not informative or helpful at all. If you are looking to book a trip pick any other travel agent. You would have better luck doing everything on your own, than work with this company.
