NEVER AGAIN with Venice Pizza & Pasta!!!!
Sorry I gotta rant.
I ordered : 7:15 told 30 to 45 min
No Order by 8:37
2 phone calls that said they would be here in a few minutes.
No Food still. Nothing.
THEN the owner gets nasty on the phone with my husband.
And they got into it!
Guy asked if we wanted the food.... ! We wouldn't have ordered it if we didn't want it.
When they guy finally shows up at the door going on 9 pm guess what... The owner, who took my order ,didn't put it in till almost 8 pm! Then He had told us the delivery guy was new didn't know his way around... The delivery kid told us he's been working there for YEARS! The owner loaded this kid up with 5 deliveries all at once so he didn't have to pay his gas to go back and forth! THAT is why my delivery was so late. He didn't put it in till he loaded up on deliveries.
Oh and the topper... My order was WRONG. Completely 100% wrong!
This is not the first time this has happened with Venice, but it will be the last.
What the hell is with food places around here! A delivery that is no more than 7 minutes from my house shouldn't take 2 hours! And should at least be right when it gets here!
