I only gave this company 1 star because I can't rate it as zero stars. I called 3 times and went into the showroom once trying to get service on a fireplace they installed. As soon as they would hear what fireplace I have they treat me like I have the plague. They were rude to me, passed me off to another extension and didn't return my calls. All I wanted was a quieter fan because its so loud we can't hear the TV when the fan is on. I will NEVER go to this place again and urge you to do the same if you value service after the sale.
