Brought in sewing machine for cleaning and repair of one problem. Accepted initial quote but told the employee I needed to know if the problem was fixable or not as soon as possible so that if it was not, I could shop around during Black Friday sales. Assumed machine was fixable since no one called me to say it was not. Went there to pick up my machine which had a problem that was NOT fixable. No one had bothered to call me to let me know that was the case, and I only found that out on pick up day. The good news was I did not have to pay what seemed like a high cleaning and repair fee. The bad news is I missed out on sales that would have allowed me to replace old machine with new one of the same caliber for less cost than the repair would have cost at this place. Not using them again since their customer service is sub-par.
