On Saturday January 30 I called Ed Oberting and informed him of our situation with our car wash at Ricart Automotive. He responded immediately and took care of our problem and got our car wash back up and running within an hour. This is a big deal for our customers who look forward to getting their cars washed at Ricart. So thanks to Ed for his prompt service and professionalism.
