These people operate right inside the law.How they haven't been investigated by IRS or any other federal or local financial agency is a wonder.Besides being rude,unprofessional and blatantly racist and bigots,they lie like cheap rugs.My mom lived on a property for 7 years with no problems,Within 7 months of them taking over management it turned into a horror show.No notifications,hiring illegals as maintenance crew(here today,deported tomorrow),never knew when the offices were gonna be closed for holidays then charged fees for their oversight.Constant threats of eviction,look you straight in the eye and lie.Patty told one of the elderly fixed income tenants that they were hired to collect money and remove trash,no matter what the previous owner said.She didnt care if someone died,if she got hit by a truck or she had to starve or miss her medication,her rent comes first and there is plenty of room for one more homeless old person on the streets.I am moving my Mom out of there and gonna contact my congressman about tenant rights in
Texas.I never expected anything like this.I live in New York and even the lowest of the low is better.
