The receptionist was not clear about their "steam room" which is a shower with a steam function within a massage room. It has one seat and would not be comfortable for 2 people, as one would have to stand.
The same receptionist engaged in completely unwelcome meaningless conversation for 10 minutes while we waited for a massage.
I was charged for the "steam room" which is really a shower which should be an included service and they refused to provide a refund. They also charged $20 extra each on 2 massages. A total of $100 extra charges which they then argued were valid and refused to refund.
KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS. The manager will not even return a phone call about the overcharges while the receptionist asks us to stop calling.
