Judy went out of her way to do all needed work meticulously and to explain what was going on. She did far more to get my a/c system running optimally than I can imagine any other company doing, and she gave good advice on how to use the system to best advantage. I'll certainly request her next time I make an appointment for maintenance. (I'm not sure how this reviewing system works, but it's important to me that this review reach Judy's supervisors.)
