Clarence came to fix my A/C, determined that it will need to be replaced, so now I will have to leave work again tomorrow for replacement. Clarence was very courteous, wore shoe covers, and spoke with my landlord personally to get all of the approvals for work. He also arrived within the cited window.
In general, Bardi has been okay. They're usually okay arriving in their cited time windows, but since those are four hours long, it shouldn't be hard to hit them. Lots of back and forth with them, "we'll have to come back tomorrow," etc.
