3 months waiting, sections of an entertainnment center made incorrectly, wrong dimension, wrong color, scratches. They charge you upfront. Quality control is non existent, customer attention is abismal. Waiting periods are long after you pay half; and you have to pay in full or they will not schedule delivery (which can take another month). Terrible company
