I've been going to Dr.Altamirano for 5+ year now because he is great optometrist, however, I can't say the same for his staff. One employees in particular completely ignored me when I walked in. I signed in and waited 35 minutes just for a copy of my prescription. A customer came in after me as a walk-in and they helped her first. At that point I asked to speak to a manager and I got a copy of my prescription in less than a minute. I find it ridiculous the employee couldn't do that in the first place. I don't plan on returning after that disappointing experience of customer service. It's sad he's losing business because of his staff.
