Although there are a few very helpful and friendly people that I've met in the office, there are many, 2 specifically who are very rude. I've been in there 3 times in the past two weeks and they've "lost my paperwork". One lady claims she found it but my report was written in black ink and hers was written in blue. Also, the paper she claimed was mine had all the wrong information on it. She was very very ugly to me and my family and we will not be purchasing again from this car lot.
