I purchased my vehicles warranty through Silver Star Auto Group, I ended up selling my vehicle and refunding the warranty. The finance representative was nice at first but then went on to tell me that one if the warranties I purchased was non refundable, I thought that funny because it stated in the contract I had in his desk that it was refundable. After correcting him at his own product he filled out the paperwork for me and faxed it into the warranty provider ( some 3rd party). A week later I followed up with the warranty company to check on my refund check and it turns out the silver star auto group finance agent put some other dealership's name in the refund paperwork. It's hard to believe that someone messed up this bad on accident. I'm returning to the dealership this morning to see how they handle correcting this massive error.
