Very poor experience! I've been burned too many times by RC Willey. I recently purchased an office desk that included two separate boxes. I hauled the 115 lbs. boxes home on my own. As I start to build it, I notice that they have given me the exact same boxes of materials. I call and they tell me to bring back the incorrect box and they will have the correct one waiting. Not a big deal, we all make mistakes. I lugged the 115 lbs. box back onto the car so my wife can take it back in the morning. As they pull out the box that says "1 of 2", they replace it with a box that says "1 of 2". My wife said that she questioned why and that they assured her it was the right one. We obviously needed "2 of 2". I get home to build it and sure enough, it's the same box and parts. I call and ask for them to deliver the correct box and parts the next day and they refuse because they are booked for deliveries. They transfer me to corporate and offer delivery the following week. I ask for some type of credit for the hassle and they refuse. $50 in-store credit would have sufficed. The items will be returned and a customer has been lost for life. I wish I could return the dressers, king size bed, full size bed, 2 TVs, sofa, love seat, coffee and end tables, dining table and chairs, xbox and bunk beds that I purchased over the years. I've always had mixed service from them. From the stripped bolts on my bunk bed that they built to the dresser that they broke while moving it in and didn't tell me, which I had to get exchanged. I've been patient enough with them over the years. I encourage anyone to shop else where. more
