To be operated by volunteers, these people are jerks. Go to The Hem with the expectation of dealing with someone nice, helpful, courteous and with a friendly smile and willingness to help, and you will be greatly disappointed.
If you want to be treated like crap by a bunch of grumpy old jerk wads that are there just so their kids won't put them in the nursing home, and if you like paying retail prices for dirty junk...this is the place for you.
