I just went in to see what was up with AUDI before I went to trade my BMW in on a new one. I had no intention of buying an AUDI and was only looking to get some information I could use to get a better deal on my BMW. The Salesman, Vince Forgione, turned all that around! He was attentive, professional and knew the AUDI product line backwards and forwards. He showed me how great AUDI's really are and convinced me beyond a doubt that the value I was getting was way beyond what BMW could offer! He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. The fact that he spoke German only enhanced the experience and provided an atmosphere that reminded me of Germany! He is beyond any doubt, the best salesman I have ever had and I will be looking forward to seeing him again when I return.
