I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. When I placed an order I specifically requested for them to be careful with the he glass items and as well as medicine which I urgently needed. It took this guy 7 days to answer my email telling me it takes 2 to 3 days for processing and 3 to 5 days for shipping. He said he will email me the tracking number. 10 days have passed since them and he has not once answered the emails or picked up the phone so I disputed it with my bank. I got an email reply yesterday saying the package is on its way (still no tracking number) saying :"don't worry you will get extra at no cost ( get what extra ??????? A freaking thermometer?) I am so disgusted with Oleg s disregard for his customers. Please do not order from this guy, this website is a scam and the good reviews are all fake , they don't even make sense.
