I had my soggy basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing in 2005. I have not had any issues since then with any moisture. I also purchased the Easy Breathe and the basement doesn't have the musty smell that is associated with basements. I did have a new sump pump installed and they were prompt and professional.
