Don t waste your time with this small time theater, if you want a movie experience go to the big theaters. No more small town theater personality.
I purchased a ticket at 9:15pm 9/26/13 to see Prisoners. My movie starts at 9:45pm. I went to theater next door to mine to kill time before my movie startes. I watch 5 minutes of The Family and then the credits. Now I have already seen this movie a couple of weeks back. To get the BIG picture of what is happening: There is no one in the movie theater that just ended and no one in my movie as well. The movie attendant asked to see my ticket which he knows which movie I m here to see, because I just got there and he sold me the ticket. He told me he would have to kick me out of the theater, or I could purchase a ticket for this movie that just ended. I said I was just killing time before my movie started, he said you will have to purchase a ticket! So I said refund my ticket and I will leave! he said OK! IS THIS STUPID?? I m here to see a movie and to give them business. I ve been going to this theater for 21 years. I purchase a ticket I didn t see two movies, I killed time before mine is about to start. MY BUSINESS AND MY FAMILIES BUSINESS IS GOING ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE! This theater has gone down hill for 5 years, ever since the new owners purchased it. Every time I go there they have some new rule. As much as they add on to the building, Its never going to be the Century Theater. Don t waste your time with this small time theater, if you want a movie experience go to the big theaters.
