We bought an oven and fridge from Bob's. The large burners on the range did not work. We had to wait a week for repair as the business was closed. We had to haul the oven to the store as they would not make service calls. They did fix our oven once we took time off work, borrowed a truck, and hauled it there. Now, two months after purchase the fridge is not staying cold. It's under warranty so if we bring it in they will fix it. Not sure it's worth the hassle. I would not use this business in the future.
