-They will continuously say there is no fee for something when asked directly, but as soon as the tenant has left the building, they will call with a fee to pay "whenever you can get to it".
-The have a policy that is neither displayed, printed in the lease, nor accessible to the tenant, but this policy is what reasons the unknown fees.
-The desk people are highly unknowledgeable and the manager dealt with was full of it.
So with all these facts in mind, Investment Realty can be described in very few words, but many horror stories:
Dishonest, Money-Hungry, Evasive, Difficult, and Inefficient.
Save yourself the trouble. Investment is easy to find an apartment through (have not tried house shopping through them), but finding the apartment is the only easy part of Investment's dealings.
