As a general contractor- CP Curtin was plain awful. He essentially would just be the scheduler- he would wait for his subs to arrive, take off, and then not even come back to check the work. He would then email us or call to tell it was completed, I would come home, send a list of what was not done (often times very obvious things- such as loose hardware, missing light switch plates, etc), he would say they were and then I would have to send pics. Totally sub par work- messy grout that my husband had to immediately redo himself, tiles cracked, sloppy drywall. Overall a terrible experience. Not to mention- they area was not properly sealed off causing dust to settle in everyt inch of our home and on furniture- this cost nearly $2000 to clean up. About 9 months later- we have a glass shower that has a door coming off the hinges and is slipping more each day. We sincerely regret hiring this contractor!
