Do not move here if u know whats best upon moving u will be charged for the fake vinyl floor $500 because you will tear it as its not properly installed and the apt is setup stupid and does not allow u to move your furniture right in without tearing something up whether it be the walls or closet..maintenance is a one man show and also serves as the community spy...Nancy and the maintenance man's wife and kids racially profiling blacks..basement foundations are not sturdy constant leaks aside from the constant sewage backups and maintenance in and out of your apt for one thing or another because the apts are outdated down to the stove and fridge and the prices just went up with no upgrades...nice area...quiet but do your self a favor and find somewhere else for this kind of money!
