Fred holland Realty has terrible customer service, they are rude, and their properties are run down and nasty. We stayed at the Ocean Front Villas condo in Folly Beach this past week. I have stayed at this property 3 times past and used different realty companies, but tho year made the mistake of using Fred holland. Our condo was not clean, dirty linens, our oven didn't work (they replaced it the day before we left), words cannot discribe the filth. I wish I could upload the pictures I took I show anyone reading this. Take my word for it, use anyone but them. Trust me.
