Just bought new BMW 535 at Performance BMW in Chapel Hill NC and had the best experience I've ever had in buying cars. From working with Winn as my sales consultant to doing the financing and paperwork with Bob, I've not dealt with such professionals, yet personable, individuals in the car buying process. Since the purchase a little over two weeks ago, they have continued to demonstrate extremely customer centered professionalism as we've completed the necessary paperwork and getting the floor mats that had to be ordered.
Overall excellent experience and would recommend them to everyone!
