The service was terrible. We had items that needed to be replaced and it took over two months to get items they said we would get in 7-10 days. I wrote a detailed letter of the account and they responded by saying a manager would call and then was asked if they could collect their money upon delivery of my final items. No apologies...just wanted their money for an overpriced, inferior product and bad service. I'm still waiting for the promised phone call.
