Had 7:30am appointment for keratin treatment. Confirmed twice the day before. Stylist showed up at 7:45am and then informed me that my shoulder length hair would be an additional $50 added to the groupon I purchased. No one had mentioned this during my telephone conversations or on the groupon. The groupon was $69 and I have exactly shoulder length hair that is fine and not thick. There was no reason to almost double the price once I was sitting in the chair. I'd like to give 0 stars. Do not trust this salon. Completely unprofessional!
