My child went with Lena to Expo & did not have a room immediately. Immortelle did not pay for Lena's room. I did - She shared a room with me & my child. I also paid $595.00 for a photo shoot. I was told I would get aprox. 15 pictures on a cd. I received two pictures emailed to Lena. As far as I know they have not finished paying for the Expo trip. On last word Immortelle was no longer welcome at Expo. If not for the kindness of the Expo big wigs our girls would not have been allowed to compete. This is poor business practices. My child will never return to Immortelle.
