My recent visit to Gaddie Eye Center on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, KY was not positive and I ended up getting a refund for my eyeglasses. It was unfortunate as this could have been avoided if the two opticians would have simply followed up with me their client/customer. I voiced a concern with my prescription (which by the way was wrong due to a clerical error on their end) and it was dismissed as though I was a burden or was not being truthful. Management attempted to remedy the issue but it was worsend when I dealt with another member of the optician team. I have in the past highly recommended Gaddie Eye Center on Shelbyville Road, I can no longer do that as this was a awful and unnecessary event. I know that Gaddie Eye Center was not built on such unaccountable dishonest employees. However, I will let you the consumer decide after reading this review if you want to spend your hard earn money and precious time with Gaddie Eye Center on Shelbyville Road, Louisville KY. As for me, I will go elsewhere where I can get decent service.
