We bought Gold worth $14k and back home realized a bangle set (non sale item) had many small stones missing. When we called them they said we could exchange it within a week. But when we went to the store within a week, the Man started yelling at us saying "through phone we don't know who is speaking so we might have said something but we cannot exchange any item and all such non-sense". We have been a regular customer and this is the kind of treatment they gave us when, for the first time we asked for an exchange of a faulty item. They treated us very bad.
