I have gone into Yale Electric many times before to rent movies. They never can keep your "late fees" the same. I rented 2 movies and was told I have a late fee of $25 so I paid $15 on the late fee even though I didn't agree. The following week I was told I never had a late fee. Many others in town have also had this same issue.
