I called to make an appointment for the second time in two weeks and was denied again because my health insurance has not come into effect. Not only was the receptionist rude to me both times she actually hung up on me. The first time I called she said I would need $500 yet the second time she said it would be $1,000. The sad thing is, I have enough money to pay for the whole pregnancy and birth with cash but was never given an opporutnity to explain this to her. After being hung up on I called back. She answered the phone and put me on hold then must have gone on her lunch break because I was on hold so long that when I finally hung up and called back the recording said to call back during regular business hours. WOW! If this lady was representing my business I'd fire her. I guess I'll be looking for another doctor.
