Advice to the wise: Stay away from this furniture repairer. If you do use them, take well-lit pictures of the furniture to be repaired, close up and from every angle, including areas not directly related to the repair. The owner of this franchise store, Simon Warren, will not take responsibility for a botched repair and keeps insisting areas that should not have been touched were improperly finished before his employee "repaired" the piece. I would have preferred to live with the gash they were asked to repair than the way the furniture looks now.
