I ordered flowers for my mother for Thanksgiving through FTD.com. Family Florist (Shawnee Road) delivered the flowers and they were absolutely horrid and completely unacceptable. I paid almost 72 dollars for the flowers and they were not worth 5 dollars! Additionally, the flowers were left at a neighbor's house in temperatures below 32 degrees. My mother did not even get the flowers until the following day and the roses were dead. When I called the owner, she did not even apologize for the horrible flowers sent. She informed me that it is company policy for the flowers to be left with a neighbor (brilliant policy)..... She also guaranteed the flowers would be re-delivered 3 days later. The flowers were not re-delivered as promised. When I called the customer service number and spoke to the owner of the Cridersville location (Linda), she was rude and claimed she was not aware of the situation. She also rudely hung up on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I have ordered flowers from Yazels many, many times and they are wonderful! Do NOT waste your money going to Family Florist. more
