Boy oh Boy! I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I'd placed my order for firewood, which was not delivered. Mind you, my card was charged immediately. I called and inquired about the missed delivery but was given the run around. When it was clear that the wood would not be delivered I informed them that I would like to cancel the order. The nice lady on the phone told me she did not know how to do that. She said that she would have to call Denny and then call me right back. She never called back. I had to cancel through my bank. Usually, I regard negative reviews with a bit of trepidation. In this case, they seem to be true. Based on my experience I would not recommend this business.
