This place has a high employee turn-over rate and poor service. The "service advisers" are ignorant about working on cars. I had to explain to the idiot what a PCV valve is, and show him a picture of it. He proceeded to have all kinds of work done to my car that I had expressly told him not to do, and after 5 days, he said my car was ready. I discovered they had not replaced the PCV valve, which was the primary reason I had brought it in. This is after he had told me they HAD replaced it. I was out $2500 and still my car ran like crap. He offered to do the PCV valve if I brought it back for the "cost" of the part only, for $189.00. This is a part that can be had for $35.00. They ripped me off so much for the other stuff, this should have been done for free, because they screwed up. It was a 2 hour trip to go there. I will never go back to this place again.
